Christmas is one of my favourite times in the hollow. The shop fills with evergreens, dried seedheads, cinnamon and candlelight, and I run a handful of cosy, hands-on workshops to make something wild and wintery of your own.

Build a foraged, fresh-foliage Christmas wreath on a natural base, finished with berries, cones, dried oranges and ribbon. All materials, a mince pie and something warm to drink included.
